Construction of a budget model for a timber company, that analysed the aspects of timber woodlot plantations, including purchasing land, planting, operations, thinning and harvesting. A life-cycle approach was developed for each location in the business that could be applied to different plantings over several years. The model provided cash flow & returns analysis for each woodlot. Corporate level costs and funding were also included, to provide a consolidated view of the business.
